1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ConvertGeoData ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ConvertGeoData provides an online geospatial data format conversion service. Users can upload geospatial files, convert them between supported formats, and download the results.

3. User Accounts

You may use the Service as a guest with limited functionality or create an account for additional features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload malicious files or attempt to exploit the Service
• Circumvent usage limits or rate limiting
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to access other users' data or files
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to the data you upload and the converted output. ConvertGeoData claims no ownership or license to your data. We do not access, analyze, or use your data for any purpose other than performing the requested conversion.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

8. Data Handling

Uploaded files and conversion results are automatically deleted within 24 hours. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling practices.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ConvertGeoData is not liable for any data loss, corruption, or inaccuracies in converted output. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of conversion results. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state in which ConvertGeoData operates.
